How should I prepare my site?
Standard shipping containers are 8 feet wide and 8.5 feet high, available in 20-foot and 40-foot lengths. High cube units offer an extra foot of vertical clearance at 9.5 feet tall.
Ensure your delivery site is flat, level, and firm. Concrete pads, packed gravel, or sturdy wooden blocks under the corners are ideal to prevent the container from sinking over time.
What is the delivery clearance?

We require 60 feet of straight clearance for a 20-foot container and 120 feet for a 40-foot container, with at least 14 feet of overhead clearance to tilt and slide the unit off.
Yes, all cargo-worthy and new containers are wind and watertight (WWT). They feature robust rubber door seals and intact marine-grade plywood flooring to protect your stored goods.
